The Secretary to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mrs. Rose Oriaran-Anthony, has been conferred with the prestigious Award for Exceptional Leadership and Sincerity of Purpose by the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
The honour was bestowed upon her at the Institute’s Dinner and Awards Ceremony, held in Abuja on Thursday 27th November, 2025, to commemorate NIPR’s 35th-anniversary celebration.
Mrs. Oriaran-Anthony, a distinguished personality and an esteemed Fellow of the Institute, was recognized for her unwavering commitment to professionalism, diligence, and ethical conduct in public service.
