IKOM FOOTBALL: Olulumo wins Abanyom with 2 Goals to 1

As part of the ongoing Ward to Ward Football Tournament, organised by Ikom Football Initiative, the Abanyom Football Club, today, Sunday, 28th April 2024, at the Ikom Township Stadium, Cross River State of Nigeria, locked horns with Olulumo Football Club.
Olulumo Football Club, was eliminated last Sunday, 21st April, 2024, when they refused to show up and play against Nnam Football Club, which had 3 points awarded to them.
In a twist of fate, Abanyom is supposed to play with Nitrate Football Club, today but for Technical reasons, were not able to meet up and Olulumo Football Club, that missed the last week tournament, had to take the place of Nitrate Football Club, to play against Abanyom Football Club.
Olulumo Football Club, won Abanyom by 2 goals to 1.
Ikom Football Initiative, whose objectives, is for talent searching,
engaging the youths, in promoting sports, unity, encourage football as a career and link players, from clubs in Ikom Local Government, to the the world, has continued to put smiles on the faces of young talented footballers.
Ikom Football Initiative, is the brainchild of Eld(Dr) Ndoma Odey and his Foundation.
Eld ( Dr) Ndoma Odey, hails from lkom Local Government Area, an Astute Sports Administrator, Professional Accountant, a Fellow, Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Member Chartered Institute of Administration, Member Chartered Institute of Banker (Microfinance Certified), Member Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria, with over two decades of results-oriented experience, as Head of Audit & Compliance in an audit firms, Public sector, Nigeria Ports Authority Subsidiary & other Corporate organizations.
He is the Managing Partner of an Audit Firm, Tax and Revenue Consultant Ndoma-Ndoma and Co based in Lagos.
He also managed a Microfinance Bank in Lagos, as Managing and Chairman respectively at various times.
He has attended various local and international trainings organized by different world class institutions.
Dr. Ndoma, has over the years, participated in packaging several bilateral loans and syndicated facilities for Large Corporates and Multinationals in Nigeria and across Africa; as well as other CBN and Development Banking intervention funds for Agro Allied companies & farmers in support of their backward and forward integration projects.
