Director General of the Nigerian Senior Citizens Centre, Hon Omobolanle Akinyemi- Obe has Joined other officials to welcome the new Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard Doro, who assumed office in Abuja on Tuesday, 11th November 2025,

In his remarks, Dr. Doro reaffirmed his commitment to President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, emphasizing the ministry’s focus on initiatives that promote social mobility, empowerment, and sustainable poverty reduction

NSCC DG. expressed confidence that Dr. Doro’s leadership would further strengthe humanitarian and poverty alleviation efforts across the country particularly for vulnerable groups and older persons.
