Hon. Nsor Sets Ball Rolling to Deliver Campaign Promises in Ikom LGA

Hon. Pst. [Mrs] Mercy Nsor has inaugurated supervisors and other executive officers as she is set to work in full capacity to deliver on her campaign promises to the people.

The inauguration ceremony, held at the Council Secretariat, was attended by top dignitaries, including the Vice Chairman, Hon. Maurice Ndome, ward councillors, special assistants, and traditional ruler

During the Inauguration, Hon Mercy Nsor handed over administrative templates and guidelines to the new supervisors, emphasizing the significance of this new chapter in Ikom LGA’s journey toward progress, growth, and development.

She charged the newly inaugurated executive council members to demonstrate responsibility, bring their expertise to the table, and serve passionately for the advancement of the local government.

The supervisors’ responsibilities will include policy formulation, implementation, community engagement, and resource management, with a focus on community development, infrastructural development, and social welfare.

Chairman Nsor assured the people of Ikom LGA that her administration remains committed to delivering on campaign promises, creating opportunities, improving services, and enhancing the overall well-being of the community.

The event concluded with the inaugurated supervisors taking their oath of office, followed by a vote of thanks from the Secretary of Council, Hon. Edo Owan.
