Hanan Buhari Pays Courtesy Visit To Dame Pauline Tallen

Hanan Buhari, The Founder of of Hanan Buhari Foundation and her team of employees visited the Ministry of women Affairs on Monday the 28th of November,2021 during the 16 days if activism to end violence against women and children with a proposal to seek for the partnership of the Ministry of Women Affairs in the fight for violence against women and children.

She decried on the ways Nigeria women and girls face various forms of violence.

Hanan Buhari added that The child act protect the children keep them off the street and restore their dignity and sense of belonging. Hence there is need to keep advocating for the women’s right.

It is evident that to address all forms of violence requires stronger partnership and involvement of all including the Nigerian government.

She stated that Hanan Buhari Foundation is particularly concerned with the alarming statistics of rape cases in the country.

In respect to the 16days of activism, our foundation has lots of activities in line to comomorate this day

The Minister, Her Excellency Dame Pauline Tallen applauded Hanan Buhari and her spouse for the commendable effort. And after listening to their proposal, the Minister assured them of the ministry’s willingness to support and collaborate with them.
