FOOTBALL: Spurs capture Bissouma from the Seagulls

Reports reaching Newsdotafrica has it that Premier League side, Tottenham Hotspur have acquired the service of midfielder, Yves Bissouma from fellow Premier League side, Brighton and Hove Albion for a reported fee of twenty-five million pounds (£25m) plus add-ons.
The Malian midfielder officially becomes Spurs’ third summer signing after adding Southampton goalkeeper, Fraser Forster and Inter Milan winger, Ivan Perisic on free transfers.
Bissouma, who joined Brighton from Ligue 1 side, Lille in July 2018 made a total of 124 appearances for the Seagulls and started 26 Premier League games for the Seagulls last season and scoring once.
He was an an influential figure for Graham Potter’s side as they secured ninth place in the Premier League – the highest finish in the club’s history.
