FIFA bans NNL side

World Football Governing Body, FIFA has placed a ban on Vandrezzer FC, a Nigeria National League side which is the second tier of Nigerian Professional Football League for breach of contract of former head coach Rafael Everton.

Vandrezzer FC has been ordered by FIFA to pay the sum of seven million naira (#7,000,000) as compensation to Everton plus 5%interest as from June 23, 2021 till the date of payment.

A further outstanding amount plus 5% effective from June 23, 2021. The club cannot register new players until the compensation is paid.

The Brazilian tactician joined VANDREZZER FC in 2019 and had a contract until 2021.
