National Sports Festival which kicked off 4th April 2021;  showed  Delta State leading on the Medals Table as at Wednesday  07 April 2021.

Delta State which won the trophy last year is leading again with 26 Medals- 15 Gold, 7 Silver and 4 Bronze.

Bayelsa State is second on the list with 22 Medals; 12 Gold, 6 Silver and 4 Bronze.

Coming closely behind is Edo, the Host  State- with 25 Medals- 3 Gold, 11 Silver and 11 Bronze.

So far a total of 99 Medals has been won; 31 Gold, 31 Silver and 37 Bronze as at Wednesday, 7th April.
