EBONYI STATE CIVIL SERVICE: Promptly pay-rolling staff’s salaries is not the issue

Promptly pay-rolling staff’s salaries in Ebonyi State is not the issue. Government pays as fast as they have made it to be easy for them, because of how little or low they intentionally cut the salary to be. The complaint of staff is that they are not well paid and not that the little they are paid is not promptly payrolled.

Ebonyi State Government in Nigeria, is not staff friendly as they hate to hear anything minimum wage, let alone understanding what it means.

Promotion is a taboo in the state and other related civil stuff that are in favour of the workers.

This is what they are saying.

Just look at the judiciary. Only Ebonyi State in the whole country were foolishly and ignorantly influenced by the so called State Government to stay at work; suffering, while others embarked on strike to demand for their legally pronounced rights.

So, Ebonyi State staff salary is the least worldwide.

WHEN YOU SEE EBONYI CIVIL SERVANTS, YOU WILL KNOW THEM BY THEIR LOOK. THEY LOOK LIKE PEOPLE WHO DON’T EAT AND THEY ARE ALWAYS DIRTY BECAUSE OF LACK OF MONEY TO EAT AND DRESS WELL.
