Dame Tallen Commends Plateau State Government, Police for arresting suspected killer of Jennifer

The Honourable Minister for women Affairs Dame Pauline Tallen had applauded the Plateau State government and especially the State Police Command for the feat attained in arresting one Moses Oko a twenty year old suspected yahoo boy who allegedly killed a 300 level University of Jos student Jennifer Anthony.

In a press release, the Honourable Minister described the joint action as commendable towards curbing the rising crime rate not only in the state but nation as a whole.

Dame Tallen equally saluted the prompt recovery of suspected personal effects of the deceased including a blood soaked bed sheet and stained fork allegedly used to carry the heinous act stressing that this action is a breakthrough in the area of combating crime and ensuring justice for victims and their family members.
Dame Pauline Tallen used the medium to however condole with family members of late Jennifer Anthony and indeed the University community for such a loss, praying for God to comfort them and grant them the fortitude to bear it. She challenged youths most especially young ladies to be security cautious and ensure they desist from keeping late nights, bad company and always help the security operatives unveil criminal elements within their environments. also enjoined parents to ensure their wards are properly guarded on their activities and company they keep.

Recalled that Miss Jenifer Anthony was lured into a hotel by her boyfriend Moses Okon who was also a student of Zoology department University of Jos last week and murdered in a barbaric manner.
