Daini urges FG to direct UI to obey concept of withdrawal

Former medical student of the University of Ibadan College of Medicine, Dr. Oluwole Adeoye Daini has urged federal government to direct University of Ibadan and it College of Medicine to obey concept of withdrawal agreed upon at Court of Appeal in Abuja.
The certified true copies of the documents in the August 28, 2023 correspondence that was sent to Mr. President/Visitor to UI and other entities through the Vice Chancellor of University of Ibadan and the Provost College of Medicine University of Ibadan, said the decriminalization and/or extrication has been sent to Federal Government of Nigeria, the Attorney General of the Federation, Federal Ministry of Education, National Universities Commission, Court of Appeal and the Federal High Court.
Added that the contents unanimously signed, stamped and returned withdrawal by consent decision obtained from the Abuja division of the Court of Appeal.
Disclosing this yesterday in Abuja at world press conference, Daini reiterated that any form actions and/or inactions by any persons/entities, including but not limited to all the criminal trespass suspects in the forfeited properties in University of Ibadan and its College of Medicine
Aimed at preventing the aforestated decriminalization/extrications by preventing the implementation of the said Withdrawal By Consent Process, in consonance with the notice of implementation dated 02/11/2021.
According to him, EMS Parcel Nigeria Tracking Number SP334239019NG with which the 29/10/2021-dated signed and sealed Valuation Report that was sent to Mr. President/Visitor to UI through the VC UI and Provost College of Medicine UI but which is being presently concealed by the University of Ibadan authorities.
Even after many other rejoinders to the 02/11/2021 notice of implementation, shall constitute an act of treasonable felony as well as other criminal infractions, all of which are punishable under the Criminal Code or the Penal or some other Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
Consequent upon the acquiescence of the President and Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria/Visitor to the University of Ibadan, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The rejoinder dated September 19,, 2023, and subsequent to Mr. President/Visitor inability to provide the documentary evidence of having given him the documentary evidence that the University of Ibadan had on the 31/08/2023.
