CYMS is for young people,young at heart-Nwaka

The Director General of the Committee of Youth and Mobilization, Obinna Nwaka has said that the Organization is For Young People and the Young at Heart.
Nwaka, during the inauguration of the Oyo State Chapter of CYMS at Ibadan on December 22, 2018,said CYMS Is An Economic, Social and Political Empowerment Organization For Young People a And The Young At Heart
‘We bring hearty greetings and compliment of the season to the good people of Oyo State and other invited guests here present on behalf of the National headquarter.
You can all agree with me that the beauty of governance and democracy is information, orientation, reorientation and integration to enable citizens or electorates have sense of belonging” Obinna said.
” It may interest you to know that CYMS is not a political pressure group but an economic, social and political empowerment organization for young people, youth and the youth at heart, just to make them financially grounded to withstand some financial oppression and inducement”
Politically, CYMS received partnership letter from the Presidency, The New Partnership for Africa Development (NEPAD) on their ongoing national awareness campaign on Voters Education which is also in line with the CYMS objectives.
Mr Nwaka said that the CYMS has a formidable structure ranging from the Board of Trustees, National Executives Council, Advisory, State Chairmen, LGA Coordinators and Wards (members), Patron, Matron and other partners and affiliate groups across the Federation which has made CYMS more political valuable than many registered political parties in Nigeria.
