CROSSJOF CELEBRATES GOVERNOR OTU AT 66

The Cross River State Journalists Forum (CROSSJOF) has rolled out the drums to celebrate one of their own illustrious Son, the amiable Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu on this auspicious occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a Press Statement jointly issued by the Chairman of CROSSJOF, Francisca Ogar, and the Secretary, Ralphael Ekpang, the forum lauded the Governor for his sterling leadership strides which have transformed governance in the state and in the Diaspora.
The Forum noted that since his tenure, Gov. Otu has demonstrated a clear resolve to move the state to enviable heights through policies that foster development and growth as well as uniting the state.
With the recent ranking of the State in terms of Internally Generated Revenue as one of the best in the Country, there is no doubt that Cross Riverians are indeed in a season of sweetness and shared prosperity under his leadership.
The Forum added that the recent reforms in Education and Agriculture through the empowerment extended to 400 farmers who were given Two Million Naira each for farming, will go a long way to creating a sense of confidence in the people-centred governance of the focused-driven Governor.
