Corps Marshal Charges Management Staff to End Complacency, Lead with Discipline and Integrity

Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed has concluded a high-impact strategic briefing with Management Staff ahead of their nationwide deployment to Field Commands, charging them to lead from the front and uphold uncompromising standards of discipline, professionalism, and accountability.

Delivering a clear and firm message, the Corps Marshal declared that the era of complacency is over. He emphasised that every Command must embody operational excellence, ethical enforcement, and absolute respect for members of the public, stressing that institutional integrity remains the Corps’ greatest asset.

He further urged the Management Staff to communicate the Headquarters’ directive unequivocally to officers and personnel in the Field Commands. According to him, the message must be delivered with clarity, authority, and conviction to ensure alignment with the Corps’ renewed vision and expectations.
