Barrister Victor Muruako Begins Celebration of His 60th Birthday with visit to Inmates

Chief Barrister Victor Muruako, Ekwueme Owerri West, former Chairman of Owerri West Local Government, and current Executive Chairman of the Fiscal Responsibility Commission, has kicked off the celebrations for his 60th birthday with a heartfelt visit to the inmates of Kuje Correctional Service facility.
According to his spokes person, Mr. Bede Ogueri Anyanwu, the compassionate visit by Hon. Chief (Barrister) Prince Victor Chinemere Muruako, KSJI underscores his dedication to social responsibility and compassion as he marks this milestone. His acts of kindness, encouragement, and support for the inmates’ craftsmanship brought much-needed hope to the facility, underscoring the crucial themes of rehabilitation and second chances.
Barrister Muruako took the opportunity to commend the Honorable Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and the Comptroller of Correctional Services, CC Bosun, for their ongoing reforms in the correctional sector. His interactions with inmates, including recognizing talents like Chinwendu Hart, who has authored five textbooks while awaiting trial, reveal his belief in the inherent potential of every individual, regardless of their circumstances.
