Bangladesh High Commissioner Meets SGF Akume, Discusses Areas of Mutual Interest

The High Commissioner of Bangladesh to Nigeria, Miah Md. Mainul Kabir, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, at the SGF’s office in Abuja.
During the meeting, both officials held discussions on issues of mutual interest between Bangladesh and Nigeria, with a focus on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for enhanced cooperation.
The visit underscores the growing diplomatic engagement between the two countries as they seek to deepen collaboration in areas that will promote shared development and strengthen ties.
The courtesy call also provided an opportunity for the Bangladeshi envoy to reaffirm his country’s commitment to maintaining cordial relations with Nigeria while exploring new avenues of partnership for the benefit of both nations.
Present in the meeting was yhe Permanent Secretary in the Office of SGF, Dr Ababukar Ibrahim Kana.
