Ajia to Abdulrazaq @66: May Allah Grant You Strength to Lead Kwara Through Challenges

Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia, Ph.D, the Dan Amanan Fune Emirate of Yobe State and Nwanne Ukwu Di Na Mba of Amaba-Ukwu Item in Abia State, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, on the occasion of his 66th birthday, offering prayers for renewed strength and divine guidance as he leads the state through prevailing challenges.
In a statement signed by his Director of Communications, Mallam Abdulrahman Aliagan, and made available to journalists in Abuja on Thursday, Dr. Ajia prayed that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants the Governor long life, sound health, and the wisdom required to steer Kwara State through critical moments, particularly in the areas of security, development, and social stability.
He noted that the present phase of governance demands resilience and purposeful leadership, urging the Governor to remain steadfast in addressing security concerns and other socio-economic challenges confronting the state.
According to him, the people of Kwara look up to the government for tangible dividends of democracy that translate into improved safety, expanded economic opportunities, and inclusive development across urban and rural communities.
Dr. Ajia also expressed deep sympathy with Governor Abdulrazaq, the Kwara State Government, and the people of the state over the tragic incident in Woro community of Kaiama Local Government Area, which reportedly claimed about 75 lives.
He described the incident as painful and deeply disturbing, praying that Allah (SWT) grants eternal rest to the departed and comforts the bereaved families and affected communities.
He called on the state government to intensify efforts at strengthening security architecture and community engagement, stressing that peace remains a shared responsibility between government and citizens.
Dr. Ajia urged residents to support lawful efforts of government by cooperating with security agencies through the provision of timely and credible information to help prevent further tragedies.
Concluding, Dr. Ajia prayed for Allah’s continued protection over Governor Abdulrazaq, his family, and the people of Kwara State, wishing the Governor many more years in good health and service to humanity.
“May Allah (SWT) grant His Excellency strength, sound health, and the wisdom to advance the welfare of the people of Kwara State as he continues to lead in challenging times,” the statement added.
