AAAU Abuja Expands Global Partnerships with Gulf Aviation Academy, Bahrain

In a significant step towards international collaboration, African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA), Bahrain. The visit, which took place on February 13, 2025, included a comprehensive site inspection of GAA’s world-class training facilities, underscoring AAAU’s commitment to enhancing aviation education and professional training opportunities for its students.
The Registrar of AAAU, Dr. Mustapha Sheikh Abdullah, led the university’s delegation and met with key representatives of Gulf Aviation Academy to formalize the agreement. The GAA delegation included Salama Ali (Head of Marketing and Business Development), Husain Bushehri (Head of Operations), and Ali AlQaseer (Business Development Manager).
This partnership is expected to foster knowledge exchange, capacity building, and access to cutting-edge aviation training resources. The collaboration aligns with AAAU’s vision of positioning itself as a leading institution for aviation and aerospace studies in Africa.
