The Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO), is participating in the ongoing International Civil Service Conference at Eagle Square, Abuja, reaffirming its commitment to public sector collaboration, institutional reforms and improved service delivery in Nigeria’s power sector.
The conference, themed “Team, Reform, Resilience and Results,” has drawn Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), policymakers and key stakeholders from across the country to deliberate on strategies for strengthening governance, innovation and national development.
A major highlight of the event was the visit of the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Power, Alhaji Mamman Mahmuda, to the NISO exhibition stand, where he interacted with officials and received updates on the organisation’s operations and strategic objectives.
NISO said its participation at the conference underscores its dedication to stakeholder engagement and inter-agency cooperation in advancing a more efficient and resilient public service system.
The organisation noted that collaboration among institutions remains critical to achieving sustainable reforms and improving operational efficiency within Nigeria’s electricity sector.
The conference continues with discussions focused on enhancing public sector performance, building institutional resilience and driving impactful reforms across government agencies.
