Nigeria Beach Soccer League Celebrates Customs Boss, Adeniyi, on Birthday

The Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) has congratulated the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Dr. Adewale Bashir Adeniyi MFR, as he marks his birthday.
Speaking through the NBSL Media Team, the National Coordinator of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League, Mahmud Hadejia, described Dr. Adeniyi as a unique, diligent, and trailblazing leader whose achievements across different spheres of life reflect divine grace and commitment to excellence.
“On behalf of the entire Nigeria Beach Soccer League family, I wish the Comptroller-General of Customs a happy birthday,” Hadejia said.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, made a spot-on decision in appointing him as the number one officer of the Nigeria Customs Service. He has demonstrated the core values of the organization, recorded landmark achievements, and is transforming the Service through dedication, integrity, and results-driven leadership.”
Hadejia further noted that Dr. Adeniyi’s exceptional performance and leadership qualities earned him global recognition, culminating in his election as Chairperson of the World Customs Organization (WCO).
The NBSL Coordinator, who also serves as President of the Africa Beach Soccer Union, highlighted Dr. Adeniyi’s immense contributions to sports development in Nigeria, noting that his commitment to the growth of sports made his emergence as President of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation well deserved.
“We have consistently witnessed your support for national teams and sports federations, ensuring that the glory days of Nigerian sports return,” he said.
“It therefore came as no surprise when you contested and won the election as President of the Nigeria Wrestling Federation, considering your outstanding track record in the sporting world.”
Hadejia concluded by offering prayers for the Customs boss, wishing him continued good health, wisdom, knowledge, and strength as he continues to serve the nation and humanity.
“We pray that Almighty God grants you long life, sound health, and divine wisdom as you carry out your responsibilities in all ramifications of life,” he added.
