Nigerian Bangladesh Business Technology Forum Pays Courtesy Visit to SMEDAN

The Nigerian Bangladesh Business Technology Forum (NBBTF), in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industries, and other stakeholders, paid a courtesy visit to the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) on January 9, 2025, in Abuja.

The visit, aimed at promoting the 1st Nigerian Afro Asia SMEs and  Exhibition Summit (NAASEME), was deemed highly successful, with the SMEDAN Director General committing to provide support the event beyond SME mobilization and participation roles. The delegation included notable figures such as Ambassador Bolaji Akinremi, Arc. Bob Achanya (NBBTF President), and representatives from various ministries and organizations.

This visit underscores the NBBTF’s efforts to strengthen ties between Nigeria and Bangladesh, fostering economic cooperation and knowledge sharing in Africa and the Asian countries. The organization has been instrumental in promoting trade, business, and technology exchange between the two nations.

The success of this visit paves the way for future collaborations, enhancing the growth and development of SMEs in Nigeria.
