As a littoral state of the Bay of Bengal, Bangladesh aims to leverage the collective strength of Indo-Pacific countries to foster peace, prosperity, and stability. By actively engaging in regional and international efforts on issues such as non-proliferation, counter-terrorism, sustainable development, and climate action, Bangladesh strives to contribute to the shared goals of the Free and Open Indo-Pacific region.
