FCDA apologizes to Abuja residents over electricity blackout

The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCDA has apologized to members of the public, especially road users along the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Expressway also known as the Airport Road for the electricity blackout that occurred on the night of Wednesday, 21st April 2021.

In a statement made available to our correspondent on Thursday by the Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Anthony Ogunleye, this was as a result of faults on the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company, AEDC feeder.

He said the FCT Administration is in communication with the AEDC for a quick resolution of this problem.

He said, “Members of the public are hereby assured of the commitment of the FCT Administration to offering the best possible public services to all residents of the FCT.
